About The Sounding Light

My mission with The Sounding Light is to hold a sacred space where sound and crystal energy help others reconnect with their true essence. Through vibration and resonance, I guide the release of energetic blocks and the restoration of balance—supporting not just physical well-being, but also emotional healing, spiritual alignment, and a deeper sense of peace. This work is more than therapy; it is a journey of light, remembrance, and wholeness.

My journey into sound and crystal healing began unexpectedly during a Reiki session, where the practitioner introduced sound bowls and tuning forks. The experience was so profound that it sparked a deep curiosity in me. I began exploring vibrational healing through online studies, quickly becoming fascinated by both the science behind frequencies and the resonance I personally felt.

Before this calling, I had spent more than 15 years in the corporate world as a marketing professional for Fortune 500 companies. Yet, alongside my career, I was always seeking healing from my own complex childhood experiences. I explored many modalities—acupuncture, Reiki, craniosacral therapy—and while each offered insight into the body’s ability to heal itself, I discovered my true gifts through sound and crystals. This connection felt almost destined: I was raised in a musical household, and when my my husband and I moved to our property in Virginia, I found myself surrounded by quartz emerging from our land.

Looking back, I realize crystals had always been a quiet companion. As a child, I collected rocks from my yard and while on vacations, drawn to their beauty and mystery. Years later, during a Sacred Geometry course, my gift revealed itself as I practiced crystal healings and readings. The energy, clarity, and transformation that unfolded through these tools confirmed my path.

Today, through The Sounding Light, I combine sound and crystal healing to support others on their own journeys of transformation. I believe healing is not about fixing what is “broken” but about reconnecting to the wholeness that has always existed within us. My role is to hold space, facilitate, and guide—so others may discover the same empowerment and inner harmony that I continue to cultivate in my own life.
